Purpose
Eastman Education Centre provides post-secondary education and training opportunities for youth and adults in southeast Manitoba:
- Through college courses in applied arts, science and technology
- Through university courses at the first-year level and beyond
- Through specific educational offerings tailored to meet local business and community needs
This training will assist people in their career and personal development and help meet the requirements for a skilled workforce in order to achieve business, economic and community goals.
Program
Eastman Education Centre's model brings courses from Manitoba universities and colleges together in one convenient and accessible location. You might think of it as an "educational mall". University at Eastman Education Centre
You can save 33% on tuition fees for every university course you take at Eastman Education Centre in 2009-10. A generous local donor has made these savings possible.
- Receive a grant of 33% of the tuition cost for every course you take from the University of Winnipeg and Campus Manitoba.
- The grant applies to tuition fees only and not to any other fees. It does not apply to courses being audited.
- You pay full tuition fees when you register. We will refund 33% of these fees after the course's voluntary withdrawal date is past.
